CM is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manger to join our team in the plastic injection molding industry, specifically focused on non-automotive sectors such as consumer goods, packaging, medical devices, defense, and powersports.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Tier 1 or 2 sales, with a strong understanding of plastic injection molding, processes, materials, and customer needs across various industries.

This individual plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the successful execution of our plant’s strategy.
