Warehouse Specialist Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for daily Federal Express, and UPS pick-ups and deliveries.
• Prepare all paperwork for out-going shipments.
• Prepare all custom forms for International Shipments.
• Performs physical inventory as needed on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Organize the office and maintain records in proper order.
• Perform daily receiving duties.
• Post all shipments at the end of each day.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Analyze inventory processes and increase accuracy to become 98.9%.
• Managing First In First Out (FIFO)
• Administers stock, finished goods and returned parts inventory.
• Daily cycle counts of raw, w.i.p., & finished goods.
• Analyzes shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Oversee containment processes and outsource operation.

We would love to hear from you if:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Computer Skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite. Able to utilize MRT and TMM systems.

Pay: $29.00 – $31.25 per hour
